Charles Morrow (Newark, US, 1942). Morrow developed his sensibility to music at the age of 10 while practicing trumpet. Moving towards more peculiar instruments such as conch shells, horns, ocarina and Jew’s harp, his eclectic compositions vary from “musical pranks” to healing chants. Using his talent to catalyse the creativity of others, Morrow curated numerous musical events in collaboration with Charlotte Moorman, John Cage, Philip Corner, Alison Knowles and many more.
