Ken Friedman (New London, US, 1949). Formerly the youngest member of Fluxus, Friedman had joined the movement in 1966. Collaborating with Joseph Beuys and John Cage, George Maciunas and Nam June Paik, he eventually became the general manager of Dick Higgins’ “Something Else Press” in the early 1970s. Expanding his field of activity, Friedman began his academic career in the early 1990s, while institutions such as MoMa and Guggenheim exhibit his works.
