Stanislao Pacus (Cagli, IT, 1938 – Milan, IT, 2008)
Stanislao Pacus (pseudonym of Giuseppe Maria Costantini) was primarily interested in photography, inspired by his surroundings. The artist portrayed local subjects and scenes of everyday life, completing the images with the insertion of words written on signs or identity cards. From 1972, his interests turn towards the creative experimentation of new media, producing video works with the subjects such as daily life or the artist as protagonist. From the second half of the 1980s he began to create Sound Poetry and short satirical texts.
